下面有个我纠结的，
Sending support to an effort to gave people access， the company has...我纠结了好久选了原句，感觉in doing sth更符合
原句：having been one of the widely known author,  John’s books give up to his reputation.画线前半句。原句应该错，原文不是author但是应该是同类型的词
选项纠结的：
C.John being one of the widely known author, his book gives up to his reputation.纠结
D.John has been one of the widely known author, whose books gives up to his reputation.纠结
E.John has been one of the widely known author, and his books indeed gives up to his reputation.我选了这个

WHOSE修饰位置不好，会有歧义

第一个SC，我倾向于选sending那个。
sending和in sending ，我觉得都可以。
但effort that和effort to，我基本没见到effort that的表示
