不过，按照我的会计知识，这样是推不出损益表的，现金流量表的很多项目也会有困难。

另外，站在一个投资者的角度，如果一个需要融资的企业连基本的报表（尤其是损益表）都不能提供的话，这家公司的诚意和内部管理能力就很有问题，基本上是pass的命运

Yes, you cannot work balance sheet/income statement out. As we know, there are two ways of preparing Cashflow statement (direct vs indirect), you may get some figures like net profit, but hard to work out the balance sheet items (including those without change in the reporting period)

干吗非要出来B&L, P&L, 直接用现金流量表做一个简单的DCF模型，看看公司价值多少，回报率多大，知道了回报率，倒推出大概的融资量。。当然还要看投资的资产组合。。一般40-60投资组合比例股票债券。。直接全公司或者银行贷款按长期贷款利率考虑以下成本。。

If we have to understand the current financial leverage, and term structure, you may have to get a look at its balance sheet.
