前面说这个理由不对，那个理由不对，最后一句指出了正确的理由，难道不应该是B 吗？？

A中那个that应该是定于从句吧？修饰urbanization，而后面的就应该理解成为urbanization that may have contributed to their implementation of women’s suffrage.  就明显与文中的意思相反了啊？？？

恳请同学们帮帮忙啊。。。。难道我钻牛角尖了？？？不过那个that总觉得放在那里就不对呀。。。

This explanation seems not so convincing

C: contrast two explanations for the implementation of women’s suffrage.  The center word is "explanation" rather than "factors" which parallel mutually .

In the first paragraph, one theory held by many scholars is " the  growth of participatory democracy depends on economic development, especially  industrialization and Urbanization"  . However, this explanation is finally rebutted by the author ,and the arthor giave another persuasive explanation with adequate evidences that "the  growth of participatory democracy rests on some characteristics , including  similar linguistic backgrounds and strong leftist parties other than Urbanization. From this perspective , i cannot find why choice B is incorrect.

答案是C，application about the theory, 觉得挺对的，你说的是A选项~~不过我也不知道为什么contrast two explanations是错的，不是反对了工业化和城镇化 这两个因素吗？虽然这两个因素都属于economic~~

请NN指点！
