我明白B的逻辑，是说既然停车费已经让人家不愿意开车来了，这个5块钱收不收没什么意思。可是A不是说油钱也很贵，也可以说明这个钱收不收没意思么

(A)选项将的是：计划上涨的汽油价格将会上涨开车的成本。
这个选项并没有告诉我们这个上涨的幅度如何，或者说，上涨后开车的成本和乘坐公交的成本孰高孰低。如果将(A)改为：现在的油费已经让开车的成本远远高于乘坐公交车的费用了，那么(A)也可以是正确答案。

请教大神：

我对这道题逻辑链的理解是：increasing cost会造成人们乘坐bus出行。
B选项我感觉削弱的是premise（cost已经很高了，不需要increase cost了）；
但是如果考虑削弱结论呢？那么D选项说明了人们宁愿赌也不愿意多付钱，又错在哪里呢？
