答案是D 我也选出来了（因为其它选项明显不能选） 可还是对D这个选项有点疑问：退休后从一个州搬到另一个州的总人数增加 并不代表搬到Florida的总人数增加吗？The total number of people who retired and moved to another state for their retirement说的似乎是整体情况（比如说的是整个国家的情况） 可并没有明确说明搬到Florida的总人数增加 求解答！！！

楼主的意思是对的呀，不知道楼主在纠结什么。
相对数增加（减少），绝对数未必是增加（减少）；反之亦然。
文章明显说了搬到佛罗里达州的人数的百分比下降了3%，比如原来10%，现在就只有7%了，那总人数增加了，自然搬到佛罗里达州的人的人数怎么样都不可能减少的啊......原文已经很明确说了是下降3%的，你随便带个数进去试一下
