如果有上述动态关系， Countries with the largest trade deficits 就会 have similarly large national budget deficits。

看起来的确是预算赤字最大的国家其贸易赤字也最大.

要比较USA和CHINA的赤字,就要把USA的赤字除以十再跟CHINA比较(调整到互相具有可比性).

变成USA的贸易赤字10亿,财政赤字15亿

CHINA贸易赤字10亿,财政赤字20亿

这样一来其实是CHINA的预算赤字最大了,而它的贸易赤字不是最大..

原文是说budget deficits 的高低与 trade deficits的高低无关，可能是budget deficits 高trade deficits低或者是trade deficits低budget deficits 高，而E的意思就与原文的意思相反了。OG是说E取非后countries with the largest trade deficits sometimes have similarly large budget deficits与原文的意思相同，所以E就错了
