Linio Asia Business:
Linio is the market leader of B2C ecommerce in Latin America, headquarters in Mexico. We have ecommerce websites in 8 countries covering over 300 million consumers, and we have 2000 employees in the region. Our site unique visits reached 25 million per month and our revenue growth was over 100% last year. We are starting to build our Shenzhen and HongKong office this year to recruit business partners and online sellers onto our marketplace open platform and push Asian product sales to Latin American consumers on our Latin sites. We have secured partnership with major ecommerce players and online sellers in Asia which has kept us very busy and productive since the beginning.
As we are building the team, we are actively seeking experienced (ecommerce, retail, sales, import/export experience) or entrepreneurial talents to join us and witness our rapid growth. We are seeking key account managers / business associates for the key categories below: 3C electronics, fashion, home, health & beauty, kids & baby. The position could be based in Shenzhen or Hong Kong.
You will develop the account pipeline base on ecommerce seller landscape and the assortment demand from HQ, pitch to business partners/sellers, facilitate the onboarding of sellers, generate sales report to help sellers improve SKU selection and pricing, and involve sellers in marketing & promotion both online (Linio) and offline.

Responsibility:
1. Develop key account pipeline based on analysis of existing online seller landscape and Category Lead’s understanding of Latin America’s market needs and category planning
2. Pitch to potential sellers by sharing Latin America market insight, Linio’s business model and cooperation mode, and close the deal after negotiation
3. Provide training to merchants on using Linio’s platform to upload product SKUs, define pricing, and manage customer orders
4. Involve merchants in the advertising and promotion plans in every Linio’s operating country (e.g., home page recommendation and offline advertising)
5. Generate sales report for key accounts to help them better plan the SKU selection and pricing
6. Base on sales forecast, check merchants’ inventory level to avoid stock out; deal with problems from merchants, which includes late shipping, inferior products offering, etc.
Qualifications:
1. Work experience with major export B2C platforms (e.g., Ali-express, LightInTheBox); alternatively, young and smart people who graduated from top University
2. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
3. Self-driven, passionate and entrepreneurial; strong analytical skills and good team spirits
Note: Successful candidates need to provide resignation proof and pay slip of the previous job.
