【求助】关于RUTGERS的certification of funds

小女子申了一堆学校的HRM，暂时只有RUTGERS来了消息，想着不行就从了她，不料在一张表格上和学校纠缠了好久，还请各位帮忙。。。

是这样的，学校发来AD，并让填一张certification of funds以及要交存款的材料，因为我的资金证明是开在自己名下的，够一年的费用不够两年的费用，于是学校打回来让我填sponsor
我问学校sponsor要不要开存款证明，她说Sponsor does not have to submit bank statements only sign the form for you to use personal funds without showing all years of study at once.
于是第二次天，我填好sponsor，签名好，又发给学校，学校说 I need the form completed by your sponsor or you will have document funds for all the years of your study.

明明填好了金额！后面也签好了字。。。到底是哪里不对了？！！
请各路大牛指教。。。万分感谢。。。
