A：the project...和new manager无关，排除
B：...managers...好像涉及到了new manager，先放着（实际上本题看到B就知道说的是相反的意思，不能选）
C：managerial decisions...和new manager 无关，排除。
D：the original manager...和new无关，排除。
E：new manager...

排除了ACD，剩下BE，B很容易看出是错的，所以选E。

按照feifei的桥梁的说法，我觉的应该是去找project和new manager的关系
