紧急求助！！！UIUC网申没法申请account！！

请各位小伙伴帮忙！！
申请UIUC网申的时候，我原来申请过其他学校也是这个applyyourself系统的，说是可以使用相同的username和pw,但是我输入了它总是显示错误，于是就lock了，要求我点forget password，但是点了呢我又总是收不到找回密码的邮件？
于是我就想换个邮箱地址重新申请吧，但是creat a new account的时候，又显示“Our records indicate you already have an account. If you are attempting to retrieve your login information, Please click here select the Forgot your User Name or Password? link. If you are applying to a second degree program within your academic department, please use a different email address when creating your new account. If you have questions please contact gradadmissions@illinois.edu.”。。。。。。可是邮箱明明用的是新的呀。。。
已经给小米发邮件了，但是还没回，先问问大家知道是怎么回事么？ddl就要到了，急求！！谢谢大家的帮助！

reapply或者申请多个项目的时候，必须要用不同的邮箱重新open一个application，这个账户名不能和你之前申请时的账户名重名。
