Thanks for writing! Well, it’s hard to say if you can make it to an M7 without both a GMAT score and more detail about your work experience. So far, the best thing I see is your work experience and the fact that you graduated from a top university. Your 3.0 will make things tougher (and makes me think that maybe you should be thinking of Sweet 16 instead of M7). If you want to have a shot at top schools though, you will have to get a TOEFL of 109+, and a GMAT of 720+. (Anyhow the TOEFL is only good for two years, so you would have to retake it)
