Angeline: When I was in interview last year, I did not meet such sily questions. I successfully attracted them to concentrate on myself and showed my excellence with strong confidence:-) I have never heard any of my classmates met such a case, either. So do not worry.

Dear CEIBS MBAs,

I have been running my own company. I will ask one of my customers to write one Letter of Recommendation for me. As to the other one, I have the option to ask either one of my former supervisors or a university professor to give me a hand. Whether a customer is OK to be a referee? Out of my former supervisor and the university professor who taught my in Human Resources Management, which one makes more sense in your opinion? Thank you very much m for your advice in advance.

I personally think it is ok to have a customer as a referee. They definitely could show how excellent you are.

Last year I asked two former bosses to recommend me, based on the assumption that CEIBS would like to have some capable professional managers, not bookworms. You know what I m saying. FYI:-)

你的情况和我很相似，我去年就请了我一个客户公司的老总写的推荐。（面试时会被问到和你的关系及熟识程度。）至于另外一个，我认为你以前的老板会比大学里的老师更有说服力。

请问去面试的时候要不要再额外地准备简历给面试官啊，我有一个朋友这样建议的。

还有，有没有已经在北京面试过的朋友啊，请问一下面试地点的空调如何，可以穿裙子吗？

不需要另外给简历给面试官。但是，自己带着，熟悉自己写的东西会比较好些，特别是，如果你申请了不同的学校，而且有不同版本的申请材料。

穿着上，我觉得不是Casual或者Formal的问题，而是Smart的问题。穿自己舒服的，合适季节和环境的，要比穿高档的，不合适环境和季节的好些。另外，简单就是美。在商业环境中是这样，在商学院面试的时候也是这样。
