Bear in mind, what the agency tell you is always not accurate or optimistic. As far as I am concerned,
1. HK top 3: HKU has multiple intakes, no exact distribution of admission seats is available, DDL for current round is Jan 26th; CUHK only 2 rounds, it is said that they bear equal chance to admission, current DDL also Jan 26th; HKUST full-time class size is comparably small, yeah it is now for the 3rd round, there is only small chance.
2. IC is now for the 2nd round with some AD are assigned recently. Class size is roughly 200 for the previous year. Your IELTS matches the requirement. Solid math basis preferred. Big Chance. For Warwick, no more difficult than IC.
Be responsible and confident about yourself. Wish you luck.
