你这样问我我也不知道喔~ 可能不行吧 … 只不过我当时看那个语意总觉得，是指的其中一个情况，而不是就那一个情况(when supplies are limited) 如果不是其中一个情况，为什么要用at the time再when呢 … 我觉得直接用when就可以了，不然，at which? 不要受我误导 ~~ 去请教语法达人吧！
