White meat turkey is much favored by Americans. So, the author tries to analysis why this kind is popular than black meat turkey.
White meat turkey has no flavor at all, and Americans enjoy white meat not for such reasons as religion or cultures. Some people may consider the white bread has some relationships with white meat.

White bread has suffered two falls: 1. When the "middle class" did not became an honor, so that eating white bread embodied that you were poor. 2. To be honest, workers needed to add some artifical nutrition into white to bread to compensate those missing in the process. That meaned white bread is equal to poision.
Americans want their white meat turkey to become more white, confusing the author. It is still a mystery that why people abandon the white bread but still keep white meat turkey.

main idea: people hunger for shopping is because they feel something happend to become scarce, so that they possess the objects to correct the imbalance.

Walmart and other shopping centers have opened more and more earlier at each year. Why people are so hungry for shopping?
To figure it out, scientists made an experiment in 2005. They chose two kinds of monkeys, which have many similarities, and count on the time they would like to wait to get richer food.
In the end, the tamarin moved more quickly and did not waitted as long as marmosets. The main reason is that tamarins' main food is insects, which moves quicky, so that marmosets cannot wait to let their prey escape. On the contary, marmosets eat tree bark,  and they can get more reward if they can wait.
The other example is alphebetical list and choosing M&M in new york university. Both these experiments reveal that people who are eager to shopping is caused by the feeling of scare, they need to possess the scare stuffs to correct the imbalance.
