For a gay,the Pride weekend is a temporary period that confronting the world with his gayness, but when the Pride ended,he back to normal lives and pretend to be a person without those confrontational spirit.
1'22
At most of the year, they stay silence on their sexuality because being "too gay" may cool down the relationship with other heterosex persons.
2'38
The mundane homophobia oblige the gay to feign gratitude, which mean they should act in the gay stereotyping and be docile to beg for a chance that they can act out in special contexts in the Pride.
2'55
Pride doesn't to function that way, which make the gays uncomfortable. It would be helpful if gays themself, not the one who claimed themselves as gay's friend, could have an opportunity to defy an unwelcome stereotype.
1'56
There is also a  problem of Pride:we don't back it up with action when it end.

In American's culture, they only cheer for winner, but in WW2,Americans showed their understanding and tolerant when US team lost to Germany. The newers still discribed it as good times and cheer for the US team.

Speaker.
The women uses the simple tools and wood and metal to build new furnitures.

2.
The author is pride outside but wondering inside.

3.
The similarity of gay: when others are here, they cover their behavior and others cannot be notice the gayness of these people.

4.
While hearing others compliment, gay pretends to be, or feel, gratitude.
Only in the special time in a year, and gay bar can they be themselves. It's double-consciousness that they behave docile and crazy inside.

5.
If you are uncomfortable about others saying, you can defend it but not endure it.
Seeing the queen talking about gayness, the author writing, the article is not to support her.

6.
The more pride hold, the more alleged heterosexuals.
The problem is not the pride, but the action we do not take afterwards.

Obstacle.
While the race is lost, the American do not treat it as a loss.
While competing with Germany, second best team, American even could not catch the ball. However, american goalkeeper hold the opportunity and catch it in the end.
While competing with Ghanaian, American treated it with the unite and strength.
Even though failed, american we're cheering and smiling.

01'42 The Pride offers me a free pass to the streets in broad daylight and confront the world with my gayness.
01'39 I spent most of the years with a muzzle on my sexality.
02'06 As it is currently practiced, Pride isn't helping us live proud.
02'24 It would be good for us to start acting and talking proud.
01'28 Staying vocally proud all the time means standing up to people in the queer community. We don't back it up with action when Pride is over.

main idea:The discussion of the un-American triumph.
structure:
To Americans, to lose is to be a loser.
In the World Cup, it should be celebrated that Team USA progressed to the next stage of tournament despite losing to Germany.
Germany was clearly the better team.
When Ghana scored, Team USA met a risk of knockout.
The tention continued to mount. Then, in a flash, it is dissipated.
The United States had lost and won. It is really good for American soccer fans.
