1 Steve Jobs regretted his decision for not taking operation but insisting to use alternative medicine.
2 The main reason leads to Jobs' death might be his delay for surgery since his tumor was not too serious to cure.

Several characteristics can help prove that Job's tumor is survivable:
1 the tumor he had was less progressed and easier to be treat with.
2 Jobs's tumor did not initially appear to have metastasized
3 the tumor was located in the most survivable part.
4 a good indication showed that Job's tomor would not be lethal.
5 more evidence can be seen in Amri's notes to support that Jobs' tumor had a great chance to cure.

reason:
1 Jobs' tumor was not matastatic at least until 2008.
2 Jobs had a functional tumor  which is less deadly
3 Even though Jobs had insulinoma and tumor in pancreas, they are actually the best treatable types.

the chances of recurrence from a tumor are small if it is found early.
2 Jobs refused chemo for his own case

1 chemo works on small portion of cases.
2 radiotherapy helps a lot if the tumor is metastatic
3 partial resection works on  tumors in liver, since people's liver has an ability to regrow.
4 liver transplant is the last option, but it is also of high risk.

Amri based his researches on tumor to prove that if Jobs accepted the correct treatment, his tumor would have been cured.
eg. survival rate is 100%, no symptoms reccurred after therapy...
However, even the most treatable cancer should be removed quickly, or else it will also spread and lead to death.
The lesson form Jobs' case: don't waste time to be so headstrong.

he missed the best opportunity to be operated. The five year living rate is high for this kind of disease. The personality of Jobs helped Apple to survive but didn’t help him to survive.

1.        it can be removed easily at early stage. Jobs doesn’t have familiar gene to this disease.
2.        sometimes medicines and radiation are useless for the treatment, notified by the doctor. Is it why Jobs chose alternative way? this is the specific case of Jobs only.

Chemo: not always needed for early stage patients, only suggested to serious cancer on stomach or intestines, and seldom works
Radiation: will help if the tumor metastasis
Resect liver: since liver can regrow by itself, it is feasible to resect part of it. Transplant is not always the best choice since immune system may be suppressed to fight with cancer.
