why must top30? the difference between schools ranked 30-50 and say, 25, is very very small, virtually negligible versus the unbridgeable difference between top 25 and top10.

anyhow, you should focus 100% on appying to top 10. The backup schools, be it ranked 20 or 50, are similar because they will not bring you any brand name effect.
