   Performance metrics fluctuate widely and unnecessarily within most companies, in no small part from the lack of consistency in how people are managed.

   a survey about executives, who can both ruin and profit companies. managers have great responsibilities of variations in the employee engagement.

  the morale should be motivated by managers. and good managers have certain characteristics in common:

4. patience is a important requirement to buy a smart in south america, because Obtaining a smartphone contract in Peru similarly involves lots of queuing, lots of paperwork, and the waste of a few hours. The hassles do not end there. Customer service is poor and flaunting your new toy risks theft.

我字典了一下,in no small part from 表很大程度上,大部分地的意思。
这个绝对是写作文的好例子啊。
