2. 1:30

Japan’seconomy depressed recently. The Shinzo Abe wanted to reinvigorate the economywhile introducing a new word. And then the article talked about one of histhree measures. about one of his three measures.

3. 2:16

While companies in Japan did notthink that this country’s economy would go up and they gradually turned theprice and other measures that are done in the depressed economy. Then Mr Abereferred to an old story to illuminate that the combination of his threemeasures would have an effect on the economy. In the conclusion, he projectedthat the economy would be better when he was in position.

4. 1:53

One of three measures is monetary. Althoughthe economy went up when the measure took into action, some people said that itwould be fragile for this measure to awake the economy.

5. 2:25

There is some effect on the first measures. But revived revenues are needed to in boost the economy. While the bank lackthe revived revenues, they lend less money out, causing companies to the bondmarket, which recently become more volatile. Whatever, when compared theeconomy Japan with that ofother countries, Japanstill need a progress in the economy.

6. 2:13

The author introduced the third measure, introducing the concrete plan about the farming and medical. Some of hissupporter said that the joining TPP would hurt sth, but Mr Abe insisted ondoing it and looked forward to the result.

Obstacle:

At first, the author introduced a kind ofperson who go against the Abe. While the measure went out, it caused a sequenceof disclosure in the country. And then it comes to a sense of question amongthe opponents. When it refers to the relationship between china and Japan, chinahave overestimated the economy of japan. Mr Abe is emphasizing on the patriotismin the country and still focus on the measures he pointed. Then the opponents aresupposed to put on some plan which Mr Abe does not agree. The disagreement inthose two party would make the economy disclosure.

Japanese government declares that Japanese economic finally shows a sign of recovery for the past two decades, but some economists think that the highly prized Abenomics is not much different with the economic policies at early 1990th. A Japanese economist says that the most important thing is to change people's expectations, because nobody wants to consume or invest since prices and salaries keep going down.

The journalist interviewed some ordinary Japaneses. The first interviewee said that for himself, he doesn't feel any difference. But he sensed that some people and companies do have a positive outlook and act more. However, according to the second interviewee, who is a food store owner, he thought that the food prices are raising and the whole economic environment doesn't' change at all.

At the end of this postcard, a female economist says that Abenomics is a absolutely bad economic policy and is not worth to emulating, because it makes only a very small number of people wealth but let the majority behind.

1 For the first time in 20 years, the price for a "message" in red-light zone increased, due to the Abecomics.
Abe took place as prime since 2012 Dec, and he started his economics project shortly.

2
Mr. Abe's elective rate boomed as the stock market. He came from a traditional Japanese family. Then it came the story of three arows. You can easily break it when there's only one, but you cannot break them when they are three. Mr Abe's holding traditional idea of Japan and would want the old style back.

3
The first one of three steps is the price inflation. The government inflated huge money to the market and to stop the 'deflation' which had been for 20 years since the bubble break. They wanted to break the perception about the deflation. The stock market raised immediately up about 70% in over 6 months. The base of the policy is that the enterprise will increase the salary, so to speed up the consumer market to help the new investment, then again through to get the economics recover. But the base is still too weak just from the money inflation.

4
Monetary method would raise another problem that the inflation caused the Yank more volatile so the banks and investors might need seek for other investment. While as tax revenue is less than the government spend, the Japan government would have to use its deposit to cover it up. According to the plan, to get the tax revenue up, the tax workforce will be increased, while in an elderly country that shrinking potion has to work and pay for the pensions of more elders.

5
The third step of the plan is, to make the increase a long-run, open market to those area that was used to be closed most,  stimulate investors in more area and ease regulations, improve education, draw more investments.
The first area was the agriculture. The 2nd is the drug access.
While as the support of the Abe mostly came from farmers, there're certain concerns for the election reason on the market open of farm. But still Abe consisted his plan with America.

6
Abe's got two different sides, rational and irrational. Besides the economic reform, he also devise certain changes over the government. Also he's claiming to restore the Japan's used strength, gain the power in east Asia. He's in a dilema that could cause all the reforms fail.

谢谢周五君,先占坑~~~~~~~
有点难度,看得有点慢。Obstacle只能明天补了。 不过经济的文章就该这样,我们可都是正在学,将来还要学经济的人。
Time2 2'08
Abe gives Japan's economy new energy. Many huge shifts will takes into practice.

Time3 3'06
Mr Abe will take dramatic reforms in Japan, this action seems to give all persons a gloomy future of this weak country. Abe's three policy shifts is just like "threee arrows", only working together, can they make difference. But Abe is a Japanese, he has the thought of a Japan that was.

Time4 2'47
Abe's first arrow is about monetary. he doubling the monetary base through the programme of quantitative easing(量化宽松政策). this policy worked very well in the short term, and many persons believe that this will lead a postive effect in the economy circle. But it seems overjoyed. the increase in the GDP is slow.

Time5 3'41
Abe's monetary and fiscal stimulus lead to a gloomy vision in Japan's society. But this policy not just that, it should do more. for example, increase in tax revenues is needed. if Abe makes the deflation stop, it will also cause new problems. Bond market will depressed, but increasing national debt needs support from the bond market. Budgetary deficit is so big that it can't be solved by only adding tax rate or cuting spense.

Time6 2'52
Abe's third arrow: sweeping reforms aiming at invigorate the supply of the economy. Many industries' deputies will give their proposals to Abe. and committing to the TPP will have big changes in all indestries.

Obstacle 8min43

Obstacle  7:50
--Abe enjoys the support of over 70%,unparalleled for a recent leader after parliamentary gridlock in Japan.
--different comet about Abe:*little commitment to bold economic change, got embroiled in a pointless row with neighbour; *he educated himself about economics, avoid endless historical distraction; * traditionalist, grandson of Class A criminal;economic moderniser;*look to the external world and concern the affair between china and japan on diaoyu island
--pin for imperial era
Time2  2:00  the price has gone up since 1990 attributing to surging market
Three decisive steps for Abe: firstly, reinvigoration awanomics;
Time3  2:20  japan was shaken by natural disaster, slumping stock market and d falling prices.
Abe dramatic policy shifts win him approval ratings
--what three arrows refer to and the background story of it
--Abe dramatic reforms before are dressed in traditional grab while now he presents himself as looking forward to get the nation’s due

Time4 2:29
Monetary--quantitive easing will help japan get rid of deflation
The stock market is up by over 70% in past six months since an election victory for Abe
Time 5
3;07 the monetary and fiscal stimulus will boost aggregate demand and raise price to end deflation. However, longterm government bonds and other assets are designed to depress the yield.
--aggregating demand is not enough to solve budget problems
Time6 3:20
Third arrows:sweeping reforms to invigorate the supply side of the economy in the field of farming, pharmacy company and administration

Speaker
Japan has years of stagnate ecomonics while prices declined for years and people postpone their consuming.
Abenomics is supposed to change this stagnate.
The first reaction to abenomics is the rising in stocks market
Someone said the markets would warm up after abenomics.
But the ower of supermarket thinks the oppisite,as food price went up while other prices still decline.
Some expert said abenomics created nothing but stock market bubbles.

Speed
1--02:08
The service cost is soaring after abenomics.
the first of three steps of abenomics is 10.3 trillion yan fiscal stimulus.
Mr. Abe lauched a monetray policay aganst central bank williing to clear out the staid leadership and instal an governor, who had long called for a more activisit approach to falling prices.
And last, he commettied to the sort of thoroughgoing structual reform has eluded Japan's politicians for years.
2--03:04
Japan is ongoing an inexorable delincing ecominics future
Abe's three arrows are mometary, fiscal and growth strateiges.
Three arrows means all the stratageies should apply in the same time.
Abe was a traditionalist and nationalist.
Now Abe focus on the future.
His goal is revivle Japan back to its comfortable in traditonal values, military powerness and international respects.
3--02:20
The first arrow is doubling the mometary bas through an unprecedented programme of quantitative easing.
This arrow is expected to create a virtuous circle such as wage risees, comsuptions boosts, business investment renewed to profits.
The reality is stacokmarket goes up, which is good for inverstors; Yan falls goes down, which is good for export.
Now it is too early to judge the outcome of this arrow, but the this machanisms remain fragile.
4--02:59
Stockmarket is revival and retailers post their biggest gains in nearly a decade.
Persistent delfaction has left.
Revive revenues are needed
A fresh proble is the bank's purchases of goverment bonds and other assert in first arrow are designed to depress the yield to spur inverstors to seek revenue from elsewhere, while the success in rising inflation expectation will make them stick with government bonds.
Aggregating demands is not enough to solove japan's budgetary problem.
Government revenue is nearly half of the government spending.
5--03:11
The tird arrow is to invigorate the supply side of economy.
Abe re-energiesed the bureaucarcy to reform regulatory system.
Farm has the proiority of the reformation for its highly inefficience.
In medical care, the government wants to drugs to be more easily sold over the internet.
For energy, the goverment wants to focus on renewable energy and national infrastructure for imports of natural gas.
The farm regulartory would endanger the ldp, making this arrow loosen.
Obstacle--07:00
Abe's poll rating rise to over 70%
Abe avoid historical distration.
Two personalities of abe, tradtionalist makes him resents japanese war guilt and dislikes his apology diplomacy; and economic moderniser.
The third interpreation of abe is he looks to external world rather than inner psychodrama.
He feels thretened by the rising of China
He want to restort the emperor as head of state, emphasis individual rights and amend a constition
The worest is he will endanger all t

文章很不错。

Time2: 1m36s
The price of  Sopurando goes up since 1990, and the demand for the high-tech massage also are soaring.
The sex industry attribute this soaring to the abeconomics.
Time3: 2m24s
Abeconomic encourage the japanese who are in the bad condition in the past years.
Abe use the three-arrow legend to metaphor his schedule, and made the new policy easy to understand by most citizens.
Time 4:2m00
The first arrow is the monetary policy.
Abe want to help japanese to get out of the deflation mindset through the inflation goal.
The beginning is well ,but the link between policy and the economic outcomes
Is fragile.

文章绝对好好,个人觉得不适合做阅读小分队的材料,读起来超级累
[time 2] 2:42  102wpm
Prices of massage in a Japan red-light region went up for the first time since so many years ago.It is all thanks to the surging stockmarket. When Abe bacame Japan 's prime minister for the 2ed time ,he arranged someone to take over the central bank. Abe wanted Japan to jion TPP.

[time 3] 3:50  106wpm
Japanese people are eager to see Abe getting them out of a stagnant economy. Abe refers to his fiscal, monetary and growth strategies as "three arrows".This reference comes from history. When Abe became the prime minister for the fistt time 6 year ago, he was nationalistic and traditional. Now he declears himself a man looking forward.

[time 4] 3:10  113wpm
The fist arrow of Abenomics is the monetary one. The central bank used such strategies as quantitative easing to reach the 2% inflation rate. It worked extremely well in the short term. People in Japan were convinced that they would say goodbye to deflation.

[time 5 ] 3:45  107wpm
Inflation should aggregate demand and tax revenue. However, tax revenue in Japan ,a country just through deflation, still remains the past level. High demand and low tax revenue put a fire on the alresdy terrible budget problem.

[time 6]  4:08  108wpm
Abe wants to reform :cancell the protection in farming, health and so on. He wants to aggrevat the supply . This kind of reform may threaten his next election. But Abe is determined to do so.

Time 2
It is useful of Abenomic which Abe takes 3 decisive steps to carry out and awakes the economy of Japan in several aspects with great success.

Time 3
Abenomic, steadily supported by its monetary, fiscal and growth strategies, may give new birth to Japan in depression since 1945.

Time 4
The monetary strategy of Abenomic creates a virtuous circle by shaking people out of a deflationary mindset to enhance the economy of Japan which is still quite fragile.

Time 5
New balance between deflationg and inflation should be found to adapt the severe situation of Japan economy.

Time 6
Sweeping reforms designed to invigorate the supply side of the economy is the third of Mr Abe's arrows which is perhaps the biggest of all the surprises Abe has sprung since returning to power.

Obstacle
Challenge still exists whether Abe's reform takes success or not.
