- 'directive that ... be prohibited' is more awkward than'directive prohibiting ...', and may in fact be considered incorrect. (fromwhat i've seen, the use of 'directive' is similar to that of 'law', and youcan't say things like 'prohibition was a law that thesale of alcohol be prohibited'.)
- 'prohibited from sale': i'm pretty sure that's wrong. the correct use of theidiom in this case would be 'chemical companies were prohibited from sellingchemicals...'

answer:反正就是 directive后面接doing,用法同law. 后面的从句并没问题,只是diective不接that从句.
