Waitlisted by MIT Sloan, What a Chinese Water Torture!

Is there any R1 MIT Sloan admit from China this year? How many Chinese MBA students does MIT Sloan on average admit each year?

I was told that there have been three R1 admits from mainland China at MIT Sloan, two of whom are last year's deferrals because they couldn't get their visa last year.

where is the source of this news? maybe we were squeezed by those two deferal

My source is an MIT insider. Actually I was told at least three has been admitted in R1. I guess Admits have informed the school about their attendance.

apply in the R1 may not be a good idea, I know that we have to compete with the reapplicants, but I didn't expect to compete with deferrals

come on, potato. I guess R1 applicants do not have to compete with deferrals. Those deferrals would be considered separatedly from the normal admission process.
