time 2 02"02 the leadership of in it together. To get everyone in the team to hold the same purpose with the boss is very important, esp if they hold the boss`s point as their own`s.
there are some tips about this stratege: everyone feels the whole team is together; everyone hold the same goal; everyone understands the goal;
time 3 02"36 active direction setting; dynamic coaching; unmistakable(remember your staff emulate your behavior)
once the basic foundation stones above are done, there are three things to do: communication through all the process
time 4 01"57 2.include: as a leader you must include everyone`s opinion, and make everyone feel their opinions are icluded in the team.
3.make no excuses: admit your mistake if you have one. If a leader could do so, all the staff will share the same goal, act as the same effective way.
If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader. WOW,so stanford。
time 5 01"47 usually we use the stuff because we believed that they are expertise in certain area.
But actually we are blinded by certain familiar. People who`s not been asked does not mean they could not handle it. Just give everybody a chance.
time 6 02"06 let everbody know each other in the team, esp the new ones. Show your nit-pickin Nancy or Practical Pat to the whole team, so everybody would know who to looking for when the face the same expertise question as you have.

MI: three strategies to slove the problem when you do not want to do the work.
Usually we do not feel like to do things, and there are better way than just be positve to tackle the problem
1. you are scared of screwing things. Solution: focus on how to prevent the loss
2. sometimes you just not feel like to do things. S:be Spock(原来是星际迷航的理性人,哈哈),ignore your feeling
3.the job is hard and boring S: detail the plan, just if-then the plan

Solution:  Use if-then planning.

非常喜欢今天最后这篇文章。还是挺有启发的。
也许是GMAT复习得越来越久了,更倾向于理性逻辑思维这些日常的情绪、现象内在的reasoning。
