因为R的员工只在公司待很短的时间→S保险公司不劝说R的员工去obtain early treatment
可考虑的削弱方向：
1.他因削弱，因为R的员工自己会去obtain early treatment，所以S保险公司不去劝说
2.G公司雇了很多以前R的员工

答案是C，刚好是2的方向，
但是我觉得B也可以削弱，刚好是1的方向，他因削弱。。。
。。。
