The second argument supposes that the government willtend to finance its deficits by increasing the money supply with insufficientregard for whether there is enough room for economic growth to enable such anincrease to occur without causing inflation.  It is thenargued that financiers will expect the deficit to cause inflation and willraise interest rates, anticipating that because of inflation the money theylend will be worth less when paid back.     

在读这篇文章的时候不是很理解第二种argument的意思，虽然知道是通过改变money supply.
