N.69, in my opinion , the answer should not be C as mentioned, be careful that in the question, it already says the distance between two boats is 10 (means one boat must be nearer than the other to the port), then based on the two given speed, with the statement 1, we can say which boat can arrive firstly. So I suppose it should be A
