International exposure is required. But it doesn't mean you must have experience of working overseas. For example, working in team with members from different countries is also one kind of international exposure.

我知道的有工作不到两年的一个中国mm去IMD读了MBA，应该是03或是04年那届的，后来回国了。

从BW上看到, 去IMD招聘学生的公司, 都是希望能够招去就用的. 和传统MBA不一样, 如果经验太少, 可能毕业的时候找工作也有一定问题的.

1. IMD doesn't require TOEFL score since its interview, which spans whole day with 3 sessions, can test your listening and speaking intensively, tougher than IBT

2. Average w/e of students is 7 years. But one Chinese girl, student of IMD 2007, only has 3 yrs w/e before IMD。

运营商三年：从技术维护工程师到全省工程协调

现在中国设备商快3年了呵呵，大家能猜到)：做某产品的全国售前，算是个leader。

基本上按照计划从市级-省级-全国级，主管也同意让我去海外，估计最差也是拉美，只是不保证是否还是manager。

因为现在手上已有offer，想问问如果选择去海外工作增加国际背景是否有机会，如果没有机会，干脆在现在岗位上等着8月开学好了。

我一向认为最合适的才是最好的。很实际，没有希望不想浪费精力。

我的MBA后职业目标是：国际通信运营商中国分部、咨询公司的通信team、国际设备商的战略职位  以上职位均针对中国市场。

It depends on what offer you got. If it meets your expectation and can help you achieve your goal after MBA, then go ahead. No need to hesitate.

Of course, working overseas will be a big plus to your w/e.
