过去分词也是可以作定语的，与修饰词要有被动完成的关系.

不是应该直接跟在被修饰词后边作定语吗

破题关键是so that.
步骤1. at a time when正确
步骤2. so 后面错误，可能是so that
找 at a time when+ so that就找到了E

应该有逗号的，与现在分词修饰是一样用法
