LZ 刚刚面完热腾腾的面筋来鸟~karla持续感冒中。。。估计我家网速太给力了，视频完全不卡~~LZ口语22+处女面好紧张的说，结果看到karla这个大美女完全不紧张了，漂亮又温油，不会打断你，总说great鼓励你

LZ总结的CWRU 的面筋，加粗的是高频题，都是2014fall的（赶脚今年的面试题目较固定啊），弱弱地设个回复可见

1, The quality of being a leader(作为Leader作重要的是什么)

2,challenge in leadership experience?

3，leadership style, strength in leadership activities

4, team里有人不好好干活你怎么办；how do you motivate your teammates and make them focus on the task.

5,如果团队中不能form a consensus, 怎么办（when teammates disagree with you）；

6，your role of team work

Others:

1，你遇到的challenge，然后你怎么克服的

2， 10年后我可能会邀请你回来做演讲，你想让我怎么介绍你

3，还申请了什么学校

4，你选校的标准

5， 如何适应美国课堂(how to adapt to American class)

6， 去美国最大的期待和挑战是什么(what difficulty I will face living in the US)

7， extracurricular hobby；. what do you do for fun, hobbies, how would you keep yourself busy
