谢谢瓜瓜~~培养女生的6个贴士让我想起大二时我的一位美籍的华人女老师(移民二代)。当她说她热爱爬山时,我还蛮惊奇的。后来学习美国学校课程、民族性格blabla,才知道户外运动在米国是那么受到喜爱和重视。有点羡慕捏~~还有,XD一舍友的英文名和Sandburg一样,也叫Sheryl ~~

Barbara Annis and John Gray argue in “Work With Me” that woman and man have some blind spots and different traits in their work.
Except the communication and gender issue ,now many woman have lead a small firms, but why?
Because woman will more hope a work and life balance and also woman have few opportunity to access saving for her firm.
How difference between the high achievement woman with other woman ? Now, 70m educated woman, they are more in common with male  and have more working time and ,unexpectedly parenting time.
Recently, more and more books focus on the womans activity in workplace,and suggestion what they should do, other than man should do what ?
Male also has the responsibility to listen and advance woman in the workplace.
