答案B, 我選A... 我怎麼也看不出contrast的意思在裡頭啊, 作者不是僅僅present而已嗎?

这题我先选了E,后来改成A,最后对答案是B,我觉得确实读不出contrasting来。而且这题里提到3个类公会组织的时候，在他们的简写前面特意写明了全称。三个组织在对待一个法令的时候确实有基于各自组织构成的所行成的不同的动机。

contrast 也可以解釋為作者提出相反的意見,但本篇不適用

關於A) 我覺得是.motives of those proposing certain legislation的問題

            法案只有一種(the recommendation of a British government committee),a用those  好奇  怪阿!!
