我不太理解你这个问题的意思。ND这个项目除了提高你的academic ability以及qualify for cpa以外，项目的career service是相当的给力，老师会尽心尽力给你改简历和network，所以这三年中国学生中找工作的都是100%找到了美国四大的工作。

job seeking students就是在msa项目念书但是刚进来项目还没有offer的中国学生啦。。。

哦，那么现在是不是有只要读PHD之后就可以直接拿绿卡的移民政策呢？还有我现在读的是ACCA专业，到那边再读一个CPA的话，他们学校会不会觉得我目标很混乱？

假如你表现得好的话，四大一般会在第五年开始给你办绿卡，绿卡然后排队好几年吧，并且不能换雇主

Immigration is a very complicated issue. You should do your research or consult professional service. I can give you some brief info. I am just talking about international students in general here. During your study in US, you are on F1 visa. F1 gives you legal presence but not work authorization. If you want to work off campus, you need to apply for CPT or OPT. Everything is regulated here so don't try to evade laws otherwise you will get deported. Once you graduate, you need sponsorship from an employer to help you apply for h1b visa which grants you legal status to work here. You have a grace period of 1-2 years(OPT) to find a sponsor. If u can't find one at the end of the period, you will get deported. Not many companies are willing to sponsor h1b visa, not to mention green card. Usually after you work for a company for a few years and earn their recognition, they may consider to sponsor your green card.  There are some shortcuts to green card, you can get it very quick through marriage or if you are a refugee or have qualified family members. Or if you have a phd and find employment with an university, it' much easier to apply for h1b visa and green card because there is no cap on the number of visas granted to higher education institutions. For private sectors, the competition is fierce and they just started to do a lottery system. The whole thing is very complicated.
