No one knows how many openings left. It is a moving target. Aileen has already mentioned that it is related to your qualification. I can only guess, based on our current information. Assume no one declines/cancels:

美本: It is not "zero" and it is not more than 2.

My understanding is as follows. When a file is ready the MSA staff will provide opinions. The file then goes to a committee member.  That person will decide whether to continue.  In short, the "admit" decision is made after a committee meeting. "Deny" could be one member's or committee's decision.

Is there any class of Federal Tax in 2014 winter if I plan to apply for 2015 spring program?

You have to wait for them to open the application system for 2015. Your recommender will receive an email from the school to fill out recommendation letter online. No need to worry now. About internship, big four experience will be great. Btw, for students who are from mainland China, it's very important to have good language skills. Spend some time on your speaking and interview skills.

1. ND does not accept IELTS score.

2.I believe that ND normally only takes ND undergrads for spring start. And they of course all should have taken federal tax before. There will be no Federal Tax class in 2014 winter.

I think you have already provided your information to them so they will add you near the scheduled interview time. If there is any schedule change, they will email you so watch for your email account as well.

不需要，提前一点上线就好
