Certain Country want to reduce it trade deficit, decide to lower its exporting sugar price, sugar is its primary export stuff. Certain predict that the low-price strategy will increase sugar sale abroad and offset its trade deficit.

大体意思就这样吧：
可以从以下角度骂它：

1） 降价不等于增加出口， 还要考虑其他国家的情况， sugar consumption， 经济情况等
2） 即使降价可以取得销售增加， 但是total revenue 不一定增加， 因为还有量的考虑

3） arguement 太弱了，应该如何增强
