looking for a roommate in Philly

HEY ALL

i am a student of saint joseph university and i am looking for a new roommate for one bedroom in presidential  city in CITY AVE road.

This bedroom is 20 square meters  and faces north. during the daytime, the room will be full of shine. and also, the room is very quite because of the location.

the price is almost $620  including electricity, heat, water, internet. you also will get a free bed box, queen size mattress, and a desk, several  chairs.

the moving time is 11/01/2013.

and i have my own car, for these new students, if your class time is the same with me, i can drive you there.
