The college is a dreamland, but the college cost is too high for many to enjoy campus life and get higher education, and the present  Obama plans to give some measures. He also advocates  limitation on federal gov’s spend to help bolster the education, its good but not enough.
2’’07
The loan date of the college give the reasons for the college to raise fee. The college is actually doing business everywhere.
2’’01
The college don’t need to pay the income tax, thus making the official personal  far rich than people have thought. And …?失忆
And many administrators  are needed to operate the college.
2’’02
The president ‘s proposal that we should encourage students to go to the college and tight the graduation threshold is questioned. Because:1. College will find whatever ways to let students gradute. 2. Many poor people actually can not afford the tuition loan, even they have graduated.
2’’11
The president claim that the proposal let students pay the loan back monthly, thus reduce the financial stress of them. but it still have some problems.
The online learning is not well enough to reach the effect of reducing  costs.

我实在是看不了 ...

恩,看自己喜欢的!不过我倒是想多看看,觉得自己懂得太少了,博学之而慎思之,厚积薄发嘛

1、1'43''  People agree that university is a good place for them to escape from reality. As to this, Obama decides to support the universities to make them affordable but the government also faces some limit. However, the economist Vedder thought that his solution would not deal with fundamental problems.
2、2'16''  College costs have constantly increased within several decades. Increasing fund from the governemnt and private owners led to the rising fees. What is more, the author holds a negative view on the fact that universities have involved in more and more social fields, such as the housing, entertainment and so on.
3、2'17''  The author gives several examples to criticize the current situation among universities in which universities receive much financial support from the society but use fund to support retired staff or lend to make profits.
4、1'59''  Vedder is skeptical about Obama's proposal and puts forward a better idea, that is to implement a national exam. Moreover, Vedder compares current advanced education to housing field and predicts a potential bubble in advanced education.
5、2'13''  The policy forces students to develop a false conception that if they choose to work in public departments rather than private sectors, they will not have to worry about repayment. Also, the author points out that university needs innovation.

Obstacle:
9'19''  好长的文章啊,大段的文字读的我抓不住重点了~~记住的内容有:
People regard amusement park as a good place to escape from reality. Projection is amusement park all about. Some people enjoy themselves in the part in that they consider tourists inside together with each other, like a big family.

1/ It is about university economic situation. One famous professor says that university is far from the reality and made some research about why universities spend a lot money. Obama raise a plan to make the universities more affordable. Because the tax revenue cannot increase in the same rate as the college budget, government will provide the financial aid according to the universities' performance.
2/ The cost, federal aid and grants increased a lot in recent 50 years. And the tuition fees are improved because of the subsidies, such as dinning hall, dormitory and travel agency.
3/The universities pay plenty of endowments which may be more than CEOs' salaries. And they hire more administrative staff to manage large bureaucracies and programs. Some of the departments are useless. And the for-profits are hard, because a high percentage of poor students drop out.
4/There is no more bottom-income students went to universities compared with several years ago. The grad rate did not increase. If the federal judge the university according to the grad rate, the university will manifest that figure. The federal can also use GRE to evaluate the college education outcome. The country actually does not need that a lot college grad student. Encouraging students, who are not qualified to enter university, is just like to encourage the citizens to buy house, which they cannot afford. It will leads to bubble in education loans.
5/ Mr. Obama will help help students pay the loan with 10% of income. And this approach will give people unrealistic image about their duty to pay back. Government will not innovate and the companies will push innovation. Federal will push those slow movement process.

2’19 At his back-to-school tour of NY and Pennsylvania colleges, Mr. Obama present a new plan to make college more affordable: tying financial aid, using government funds as a “catalyst to innovation”, and make it easier to discharge the debts.
2’14 Although the government raise the scholarship significantly, Mr. V argued that this mainly because of the rising prices, and give colleges to raise fees. He believes that universities runs business rather than educates
2’37 Colleges have a large amount of endowments, and they use these tax-payer dollars to compensate administrators and faculties, to hire more administrators. President Obama’s administration has been beating up on “for-profit” hardly, while the for-profit are reaching the exact audience that Obama want to reach.
2’18 Mr. V argues that students from low-income family have not benefited from the federal aid. And federal aid should not be tied to graduation rate. Too many students going to college is the fundamental problem.
2’28 Mr. Obama’s plan of discharge students debts does not work in Mr. V’s opinion.
8’18Main Point: theme parks bring people into big experiment
Author' attitude: Possitive
Article structure:
-- data introduction about the theme parks during summer time;
-- further discussion on "experiences" of theme parks;
-- New project ideas on changing the modles:
1) How experiences make people choose theme parks;
2) example of "The Catcher in Rye".
-- Conclusion: new marketing mode on amusement theme parks needs to be used for attracting more eye balls.
