目标4-5w好像低了一点儿，MBA毕业（如果在美国）总能到8w吧。我在加拿大，不推荐加拿大的学校。我一个学生物的现在在银行工作同级别都有加拿大MBA毕业的，不值。美国的，如果你很想留下的话，就找employment非常给力的，比如Emory。Top25可以试一下。Top15按你说出来的信息感觉不太够，除非你还有很多个人亮点没有说。

谢谢楼上，TOP15我基本不想了，我目标不是很高，无非就是毕业后最好能在当地找到工作，大家还有什么推荐的学校吗？

Hey friend,
Let me see how I can help you.  You're largely right that the best jobs come from those who have graduated at a Top 30 MBA program.  And coming from China the competition for those seats is even more fierce.  Your test scores work well for a Top 30 assuming that you have a solid career arc where you have made a major difference within the work place via leadership roles (i.e. managing teams, leading initiatives, etc.) and can demonstrate the impact to your organization,  We also need to see extracurricular activities in your profile. Do you volunteer your time anywhere? If you have solid professional experiences and you can demonstrate solid extracurriculars you have a shot.   
As for career choice, since you're in insurance, you might consider consulting over IB since IB requires significant experience and knowledge in that space if you're going to be putting it on your application.
