这题好像有帖子讨论过。我把我当时想的脑浆迸裂想出来的理由贴上来,有点多,耐心看啊:

科技的进步,器械花费的减少,使得直接转化太阳能到电能 更加 花费经济了在上个十年。但是,太阳能经济可行性的的临界值在35刀木有变。为毛上升的成本效益没有减少经济可行性临界值?

理解题意:
1.        threshold是门槛临界值的意思,这里理解成临界值肯定更贴切。
2.        括号里面,that is,that指代的是括号前面的一坨坨,是个of 短语,所以中心词是of 前面的东西,所以,that is后面解释的是threshold,临界值,而不是econ viability,也不是solar power。threshold is the price per barrel。然后后面一坨坨修饰这个price。 oil would have to rise to which (price=threshold) in order for new solar power plants to be more economical than new oil-fired power plants. 太阳能经济可行性的临界值就是一个油价,这个油价上升到临界值为了新太阳能工厂 更加经济比新 燃油工厂。

误区1:
我买车,2万到是我的 经济可行性临界值,超过2万我就不买了,低于2万我就买。汽车的价钱上升或降低到3万或者是1万都不影响我的 2万的经济可行性临界值,虽然我可以依据这个临界值做出买车的判断,3万了我就不买了,1万了我就买。我的 经济可行性临界值 是由我个人的经济能力的,也能是银行贷款利率,或者我的工资决定的,而不是由市场上车的价格决定的。

误区2(重要):
这道题里面,经济可行临界值是油价35刀,定义为当这两种工厂效率一样时的油价,经济临界值是35刀,我可以通过改变油价来改变临界值吗?这道题tricky的地方在于oil既是经济可行性的衡量标准,又好像跟oil-fired工厂效率还有点关系,因为这种工厂的名字里面有个oil,但实际上,这道题没有提供任何 关于 oil-fired工厂效率和oil price有关的证据,只提到了这个工厂的名字里有oil。于是,我们可能就想当然的吧oil-fired工厂的效率和oil价格联系起来了,好像是oil-fired工厂的生产程序里面有这么一项似得。但话说回来,这种假设是一定程度上合理的,因为毕竟衡量标准和oil fired工厂都和oil有关让我们浮想联翩。但是(重点来了),如果你假设oil fired 工厂效率和oil price有关,那么你怎么知道他和其他因素没有关呢,比如说管理方式改变啥的,所以充其量 oil price只是 效率的一个影响因素,效率是个函数,这个函数收到X,Y,Z,,,,等等因素的影响。所以说C说的是结果,就是效率增高,从而抵消太阳能厂的效率增高。这样子概念平行对等。分析起来也对。
个人觉得考试的时候肯定不能这么分析,考试的时候就选拐弯最少的选项,C看起来跟题目很般配啊。。实际上我还是选错了,选了A就没有再往下看。
