为什么答案是E？看答案没怎么弄明白。我先来说说我的理解：油价上涨导致了Hotco oil burner价格的下降。Price of a burner=Quantity of oil saved *Price of oil per litre (or gallon maybe?)。现在油价上涨了，但是节约的油的数量还是不变，所以burner的价格也会上升。
另外，我觉得D也是对的啊，沥青需求少了，那肯定oil used for burner也少了，那在油价不变的情况下，price of a burner就会下降。但是为什么D不对呢？
不知道那个地方出错了。还请大神指点！

16楼和18楼的正解。纠结于D的同学是明显搞错了比较对象！
题目说的是未来两年与过去两年的用油量相比呀（between....during the last two years and...during the next two years)，不是未来两年用新机器和不用新机器的油量对比！
换句话说，过去两年的用油量已经是固定值了，那么未来两年用的油越少越好，不管是装了新机器节油，还是生产的少，总之用的油比前两年少就行，最好是一点油不用（一点不生产），那样和过去两年比用油费用的差距最大了。
这个题的OG解释非常清楚，一句话就把D否了。我们不用搞这么复杂的计算，明显把简单问题搞复杂了。（如果D改成了沥青的需求增加了，那才复杂了，但是GMAC不会出现两个同时削弱的选项来让你判断哪一个更能削弱，一定是只有一个可以削弱的选项）

Hotco公司的收益是Clifton节省的成本，油价上升的话Clifton节省的成本会变少，所以是disadvantage to Hotco。其实理论上我觉得D也是有点损害啦， 但是毕竟D的影响比较间接而且文章并没有支持，D的逻辑是，沥青需求减少，价格下降，Clifton产量减少，Clifton原料使用减少，Clifton节约的油减少，虽然很有逻辑但是文章并没有提到。

今天看到这题，其实og上有个思路了。D说asphalt的需求减少。意思就是原来使用旧plant的两年里，本来效率不高，耗油多。现在换成新的plant，在这两年里，asphalt的需求减少，那就意味着用油量跟着减少，而且新的plant本来耗油就少，这两者一结合，后来用新plant的两年比用旧plant的两年用的oil要少很多很多，油价又没变，自然后来两年的oil费要少很多了。这是个好处啊。E是答案。

NN说逻辑不是比最好的，而是找对的。看到题就能把答案的方向想到，这个题D比较讨厌，但是E相对直观，所以看见有E，感觉不错就直接选。

Hotco Company will calculate the amount of oil a company will use in the next 2 years, it is a certain amount of money. Let's say it is X. The Hotco burner uses Y amount of oil. In the end, the company will get (X-Y). If Y is decreased, the company will get more money.

这题我也错选了D，感觉按照大道理来讲D更合理，生产商日子不好过，供应商日子还能好过？肯定也不好过啊！

我同意前面有一位兄弟说的，CR是找对的、对符合逻辑的，而不是找最好的。
