oppose the decision made by court, the one is that the policy threat himself,
the other is the issue is hot-potato.
and RH also proposed 2 ways to defend initiatives, first is to assign a lawyer,
second is to vote again to defend the original act. But it is frustrated that
people's minds are changing, for example, they accept same-sex marriage more widely
than before, that they will not vote for defense. thus, people lose their bargain
