一遍下来感觉记住的部分很残= =
A law professor says that the official would still defense most of the initiatives except for thoes threaten the self-interest of politicians.
He backs a plan which proposes that initiatives should be appointed lawyers when the governors declines to. And there is also another idea. JR points out these kind of measures often strggle to excite enough voters to pass.
But ppl in C are not outraged cuz the opinion of the same-sex marriage has been liberalized rapidly in the past 5 years.
