我觉得C是对的啊 文章说fever 刺激cell，aspirin eliminate fever，不就是说aspirin抑制了cell嘛 我的这个思维没问题啊
答案是B 文章根本看不出有说aspirin 延长病人的疾病啊

C的意思是：Asprin阻碍了白细胞的生长，而白细胞对于抗击疾病是必要的。这里我觉得说“阻碍”有问题
原文说：Asprin——eliminate moderate fever
            而moderate fever——stimulate 白细胞生长&阻碍病菌增长
    所以结论：Asprin——eliminate  “stimulate”，即减少了促进白细胞生长的作用，同时也减少了抑制疾病细菌增长的作用——那生病的时间当然就长了

但是你说Aspirin——eliminate"stimulate",既减少了促进白细胞生长的作用，那就等于说Aspirin抑制了白细胞生长，难道不能这么理解吗？

减少促进的作用也不见得就抑制了啊
