Hey there and thanks for dropping by,
So, with your GMAT score and your GPA I'd say you can apply for a school ranked somewhere between 10-40, although the top 10 will probably be a weeeee bit out of range. Should you retake the GMAT? Tough question. Actually with a 700 you are in very good shape. Buuut maybe a little extra boost could help too... Basically my advice is that if you want to apply THIS YEAR, do NOT retake the GMAT. You don't have the time for it, and you really need to make your essays as fantastic as possible. But for next year, why not?

i plan to apply next year..and probably will retake GMAT this year...
GMAT score aim at around 740...what school can i target at if i really got this score?

Hey there,
Well it depends a lot upon your experience my friend. I do hope you get that 740! But even if you get an 800 with your GPA Top 10 schools will still be tough. I'd say the best schools you can get into are likely in the 10-30 range, and that is where you can concentrate your efforts. Good luck on your GMAT!

by top 10 which mba ranking are you using?? US ranking/ world ranking?? the one by US News???
