Researcher found gene changes that cause language delay. This distinct problem most found in Southeast Asia especial in Vietnam and have last for a long time. The children disturbed with it are always inherited from their parents but could overcome it when they grow up. And the children always have better non-verbal skill than verbal skill.
We still do not know the correlation between this problem with the communication ability and other factor.

scientific reaserch about what cause children come from A cause language delay. first explanation is enironment changes,and some other tips;second is genetic change, the futher labaratory study use S discovered a white area in the brain in those luanguage delay children, and the facts was related with the protein. finally, the study conclue the argument as follow: the gene plays important in the language delay, if the parents were ok, so would the kids. and the puzzle point is when the language delay children delay catch up normal ones, will the gap create communcation obstacles.
