The gist of this passage is the controversy about the latest Mars plan initated by a private team led by Tito.
At first, the author mentions the moon-landing project to compare with the Mars-landing, which the government is unwilling and disinclined to handle and juggle but the private groups are interested in and reach out to. Then, the author specifically describes the promising two Mars travel plans and also points out the justification and ground for government not to take that action actively.
Moreover, the author introduces some possible trouble and difficulties concerning the private Mars program, such as the feasibility of techonolgy, which includes the heat protection on the craft, the much longer time span of travel, and the exceedingly high cost along with its source.
Finally, the author considers this Mars travel plan, to some extent, valuable and useful.

欢迎change！你的格式非常好，字体格式大小，段落间距很清晰！我以前是先在word里面把文章弄出来，然后粘贴到CD里面，可是粘贴的时候会发现很多问题。所以，后来我粘贴之后，先直接点击右上角的“纯文本”，这就会把之前word里面设置的格式消除掉，然后你可以直接在CD里面设置：字体大小，颜色，插入图片。这样会快很多，而且修改的时间大大减少。
tips:
1. 当你把source里面的网址粘贴之后，你可以在键盘上敲一下“空格键”，然后就会变成超链接（蓝色）。

小汐又来打卡了。不过一早还木有进入状态，第一篇有点慢。
3‘14’‘ 说科学家最近研究出一种以猫为原型的机器人。它具有各种有点：轻便，
稳定，特别是速度快。 然后再说了它的腿的原理问题，如何仿真的。再说了其未来
的用途和前景，搜救之类的。

2’23‘’ 说信息泄露的事情。一些大公司，如FACEBOOK, APPLE等都会把它们得到
的一系列它们认为有正当理由纰漏的信息给PRISM。然后说到了，这些大公司否认了服务于
NSA。
2‘23’‘有一点点模糊，不过大概说的是这些泄露私人信息的事情早就屡见不鲜，谷歌曾经就被罚
过20多百万，但只是凤毛麟角。然后，纰漏者说，其实这些大公司早就暗地和
政府之类有过暗地协议，让它们在从事PEISM时免除弹劾。

第二遍读：好吧~其实我对这篇木有很大的感觉。 说海岛不是减缓海啸，而是一个放大器。一个科学家进行了

1‘26’‘说tweets能有助于瘦身。做了一个试验，都运动，但B组要每天在TWEETS上记录。发现B组减肥更多。

8’45‘’好长啊。。。晕乎乎了。
文章主要讲的是，美国科学家设想的拜访火星的计划。然后一系列的质疑加解释。说到了时间，设备，目的等一系列问题。
但科学家和支持者一直在强调说，技术已经到位。只需资金和时间。就算是不LANDING，也是有其意义的，
文章略带质疑的口吻。

REST 3‘48’‘ 说科学家们构想把火星当做移民基地，一**派人去建设。然后还说，这很有市场，有很多人申请加入。
在工程和资金上都没有问题。而一些人质疑一系列的不利可能阻碍事情的发展。但是，那些挚爱与火星计划的科学家永远不会
止步。
今天好多的感觉～　　看了快一个小时耶。。。～

我昨天就是在WORD里面调好格式了直接粘贴的，后来一保存草稿发现神马都没有了~~~~
于是我就又继续调，折腾好几次终于弄好了~~哎  越来越笨手笨脚了  
下次按照你说的  就直接在CD里面设置，确实会省时省力啊~~
