想问一下D选项为什么不对呢？购买video等的花费少了，那不就是更多人选择去看电影了吗？

1. 原文未提及买片子和去看电影的关系，买片子的减少不代表去看电影的就会多；
2. D提到了spending，在未提及片子价格的情况下，无法判断买片租片人数。

D是说not increasing, 还有可能是stable

应该是选A吧。
原文的大概意思是人口不会增加，所以new plan是不profitable的，weaken它，也就是说这个new plan是profitable的。A项说人口不变，可是里面有更多的人会去看电影，也就是有更多的潜在的消费者。D项我感觉是无关选项，spending对于看电影是没有影响的。
