What kind of the interview can best help the overall application? (hub interview, alumni interview, on campus interview). Do these interviews really weigh equally??
Wanna know if the on-campus interview is blind or the interviewer has all your application beforehand? Can anybody shed some light on this? Many thanks!!
If I remember correctly, the interview is not blind although you will probably be asked to introduce yourself briefly at the begining of the interview. Also, you have to bring the latest resume with you. The interviewer may look at it quickly before talking to you. Good luck.
Last week I visited Wharton and joined the information session.
According to the associate director, the interview is blind, which means the interviewer is not allowed to browse your application before the interview in order to avoid some bias about the applicant.
The interviewer can judge you only by your resume and your performance on the spot.
