重要注意事项：取消考试并全额退费的申请每个考生只能提交一次。
建议考生最好提供招商银行“一卡通”的卡号，如果考生所在城市没有招商银行营业网
点，考生可以提供其本人在中国银行或中国工商银行开户的存折帐号或卡号。
考生在提交申请中遇到问题，可拨打010-62156868咨询或发电子邮件至：
toeflcancel@mail.neea.edu.cn。
考生如果在2003年7月10日还未收到退款，可以通过上述联系方式查询。
Important Notice
Cancellation and refund application for one candidate can only be allowed
to be submitted once.
It is recommended that candidates to provide China Merchants Bank “all-in-
one” card information. For candidates in cities where China Merchants Bank
services are not available, they must provide their own account information
at Bank of China or Industrial and Commercial Bank of China.
In case of problems, candidates can dial 010-62156868 or send emails to
toeflcancel@mail.neea.edu.cn for help.
By July 10, 2003, candidates who still have not received their refunds are
advised to contact us through means provided above.

within 60 days after your test date contact or go to the test center
where you originally registered to request an absentee cash refund.
You will receive an absentee cash refund in RMB equivalent to
US$10. The remainder of your payment will be retained by TOEFL/
TSE Services–Princeton to cover expenses for processing your
registration form, ordering and shipping test materials, and holding
space at the test center. Once you have been admitted to the test
center, you are not eligible for any partial refund.
