第一天, health
With the development of human society,everyday human work hard to fulfill their principal necessities. However, with theabundant work to do more and more peoples’ health becomes worse. For our familyand friends who love us, we should care about our health. There are somefactors interact together to enable our health: the food what we eat, the exercisewhat we should do, the stress what we need to reduce. Food is the core objective thatdrives all people to work. The improving quality of our food is the mostimportant factor of our health. People who are so busy that they are not ableto spend time prepare their food so that they eat junk food. Though it might bethought as a great way to save time, this is a shortsighted idea that harms ourhealth. For that reason, I decide to pay more attention to the nutritious valueof the food instead of saving time. The more nutritious food I eat, the morehealth I gain.
Exercise is an effective way to build up a strongbody. Exercising not only promote health but also keep fit. The burning of fatrelease stored energy and the person has an exhilarating feeling, which helpspeople to build up a strong body and keep fit. In order to have a perfect body,I start caring more my own health. Not only can we keep health but also resistmore diseases.
From dawn to dusk, everyone has to gothrough a rigorous schedule, such as many deadlines to meet, reports to write,and meetings to attend. Our lives are full of stress. Stress also is a killerof our health. Reducing stress is another way to help us improve our health. Asfor me, I will choose meditation to help me reduce my stress. Meditation not onlysoothes my mind from tension but also regulates heartbeat and blood pressures.
To sum up, people now enjoy better food,pay more attention to build up a strong body, and reduce their stress. Allthese analyses point out that changing the kinds of food what we eat, spendingmore time on exercise, and finding a way to reduce our stress ensures that we canimprove our health.
