Prep07 CR1 T21求教〜感觉自己思维跟GMAT不一样好捉急

如下所示的一道题：

For years the beautiful Renaissance buildings in Palitito have been damaged by exhaust from the many tour buses that come to the city.  There has been little parking space, so most buses have idled at the curb during each stop on their tour, and idling produces as much exhaust as driving.  The city has now provided parking that accommodates a third of the tour buses, so damage to Palitito's buildings from the buses' exhaust will diminish significantly.

Which of the following, if true, most strongly supports the argument?

(A) The exhaust from Palitito's few automobiles is not a significant threat to Palitito's buildings.

「楼主的思维求纠正」
整体的题目感觉不是很难，重点是自己一想多就决的思维跟GMAT的四位模式很不一样，T_T
看Option D，我有两种思路：
「思路1」：更多的人take tour bus来，Parking只建三分之一容量，由于tour bus多了，排放的废气不一定会减少，所以是weaken。
「思路2」：更多人take tour bus来，道指建停车场更有必要，所以是support。
于是我现在整个被绕进去了，求大神指点迷津！！！

自己想到的改善方式，胆识也不尽然：
1，简化逻辑链表达。
2，根据option取非削弱。

但是依旧不是完全适用，still feel confused.求指点！太着急！

看题目的第一句the beautiful Renaissance buildings in Palitito have been damaged by exhaust from the many tour buses that come to the city，就知道它肯定是要谈bus排出的废气和building之间的事情。所以你上面的思路2，就不对了。因为你的思路2只单单讲了bus和停车场的事，没有谈废气。至于你的思路1，你自己把它自动延伸了，D选项只是纯粹的比较坐巴士的旅客和坐其它交通工具的旅客，这种应该属于无关的选项，直接排除就好了。

我也来试着讨论一下。
这个题目是要找support的因素，理下来整个题干的conslusion是 “将bus停在停车场”来降低“bus废气对建筑的损害”。
说到底是比较“将车停在停车场”和“将车idle”对于建筑损害的程度。也就是说要找出能够说明“将bus停在停车场”比“idle”要降低很多废气的选项。
C项说“车在路上开的时间小于1/4”（政策提出之前，大部分时间在idle）（隐藏意：idle时间越多，废气越多，影响越大，自然parking缓解作用越大）
